hassle-free 30-day full money refund (Excluding Shipping Charges).

No Exchanges will be accepted after 60 days from date of purchase
Christmas
orders placed after Nov 20th may be sent back and received by
Eastside Side Luggage no later than January 15th the following year
for return.

carton, with original hand-tags and accessories. Sorry, Personalized
and monogrammed items will not be refunded or exchanged.
Money
will be refunded to the original purchaser of the merchandise. We
